RotaryKing! here, I've been busy with other tasks, but finally found the time to cut another part. It only took me 5 minutes on the Proto-MAX to get a "Round 2 IT". Here's the finished part, after going over it with the polishing wheel.

The part shown was cut in 1/4 inch thick Aircraft Aluminum, and it took about 23 minutes to cut.

Here's a fun part for RC fan ducts.

Here's a fun part that can be made with your Proto-MAX machine!

This is just a fun part I was playing with. I like this type of shape for my RC ducted fans.
Light weight plastic is best for flying things, but my Proto-MAX can even make this in Steele or Titanium.
