Thank you. Yes. For inward groove portion, I've added half kerf width offset on width of groove so that the part fits without additional fastening.

Each deco part (Stainless steel 22 gauge) took approx. 17 mins (X3).
Each base part (1" Alum 6061) took approx. 35 mins (X3).

These Christmas Decors were cut with in-house Proto-MAX machine. Inside circular parts with rotational pieces were cut in slit cut. Bicycle plate

Cut these bicycle plates out of .125" Alum 6061.

One image shows raw cut from Proto-MAX machine and other image is after polished and smoothed out the sharp edges.
