Race Car Wheel Spacers

Wheel spacers for a race car. New wheels necessitated thinner wheel spacers from the stock units. Easy design copying the original dimensions. Slipped right on and fit perfectly. Cut on the ProtoMax using 0.75" 6061 Aluminum.

To dismantle this transaxle, a special wrench is needed to remove the finned differential retaining nut and not damage the aluminum fins. The dimensions were found and a drawing created. A simple mobile phone stand. Simple to draw and quick to cut on the ProtoMax. Made out of 1/8" thick aluminum.

Great idea on the slots and tabs! That was a challenge getting them to be perpendicular to the mount when I welded it together.
