These Christmas Decors were cut with in-house Proto-MAX machine. Inside circular parts with rotational pieces were cut in slit cut. Finished products were result of multiple post process including sand blasting the cut parts, then layered with multiple paint finishes.

Material used for these parts are 22 gauge stainless steel sheets for the decor portion and 1" thick aluminum 6061 for base piece. Cut in quality 3 and slit cut quality 3.

Those look really nice! How long did it take to actually cut those? Hours? Minutes?

Each deco part (Stainless steel 22 gauge) took approx. 17 mins (X3).
Each base part (1" Alum 6061) took approx. 35 mins (X3).
