Per Dave's request, I am posting video and additional pictures. I've modified the design so that the charger can be plugged from the back of this stand.

Program used: ProtoMAX LAYOUT
Material: Aluminum 6016
Thickness: 0.125"
Estimated Cut time: Approx. 26 mins.

Since pieces are small enough I paused at the END/START of next traverse and took out each piece.

As for Video, I am not able to attach the file here.

This reminds me of something I have seen other folks do that is pretty cool. When making the tabs, you can make them extra long, so they protrude the holes. Then, when assembling, the tabs can be bent with pliers or similar, holding things in place. This then creates a temporary structure to hold things in place prior to welding, or in some cases can be the final joint.

That's a great idea! It gives you options for affixing in a number of ways, or, leaving as is with bent tabs holding. Thanks!
